Dr. Kirsten Ash is a physical therapist located in Boise, ID. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Idaho State University, as well as her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Boise State University.
Kirsten has a special interest in pelvic health and is dedicated to supporting individuals through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She is especially passionate about helping clients stay active and exercise safely throughout pregnancy, tailoring movement and rehabilitation to each stage.
With a thoughtful and holistic approach, Kirsten creates a safe, empowering space for healing and long-term health.
Outside of the clinic, Kirsten enjoys CrossFit, skiing, and adventuring with her husband, Lucas.
Dr. Kyle Negangard is a physical therapist that specializes in working with runners, bikers, skiers, and backpackers throughout their lifespan. As an ultra-marathon runner himself, Kyle is extremely passionate about not only helping these individuals recover from their injuries, but guiding them to perform at their highest for years on end. Kyle is a Certified Specialist from the Institute of Clinic Excellence in Endurance Athletes and Orthopedics and teaches other physical therapists around the country how to treat the injured runner.
For years, he has also treated individuals with vertigo/dizziness disorders as well as orthopedic impairments to overcome their limitations. Kyle absolutely loves joining forces with individuals of all backgrounds and abilities, helping them live robust lives and achieve audacious goals.
Kyle is located in Eagle, ID. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, graduating at the top of his class from Rosalind Franklin University and his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Neuroscience, Physiology, and Behavior from Illinois State University.
When not in the clinic, he is most likely trail running, lifting weights, drinking coffee, traveling, gravel biking, cross country skiing, backpacking, or reading about anything and everything, all with his amazing wife.
